Advanced Asset Management, Inc. is a locally owned full service residential Real Estate firm serving the Reno/Sparks and surrounding areas of Northern Nevada. We specialize in providing residential property management and both seller and buyer representation for home sales.
Our office hours are 10:00am to noon and 1:00pm to 3:00pm Monday through Thursday and by appointment on Fridays and Saturdays. We are closed for legal holidays. We have a personal message center for non emergency after hour calls and an answering service that can direct emergency calls any time that we are closed.
All Real Estate agents and Property Managers are fully licensed in accordance with the requirements of the Nevada Real Estate Division and are Realtorsâ proudly associated with the Reno/Sparks Association of Realtorsâ. Our company meets all federal and State requirements to provide Real Estate sales and Property Management services.
Advanced Asset Management, Inc. is one of only 5 Northern Nevada Property Management firms that currently hold the nationally recognized designation of Accredited Management Organizationâ awarded to us in 1985 by the Institute of Real Estate Managementâ, (IREMâ). This designation requires that the firm meets specific background and insurance requirements and is reevaluated every three years. Both Scott Brenneke, the President and Broker, and Terry Duncan hold the designation of Certified Property Managerâ awarded by IREMâ for meeting extensive educational and experience requirements for this designation.
To maintain our trust account records, our accounting system is powered by YARDI software. We have been providing monthly financial statements to successfully meet our client’s accounting needs and State reporting requirements for over 25 years.
